Trust is not a one way transaction, it is an exchange of values built over time. How is it built? It comes down to honesty. Being honest about your product or service and whether or not deliverables can be met allows customers to manage their expectations. If your customer knows what to expect from you, they won’t be disappointed. If you are consistently honest with your customers, they will learn to trust you.
