WorkSmart Education 2019
Worksafe is currently seeing to develop a list of training vendors able to provide one, or more of the following applications.
Through this Request for Information process, Worksafe Victoria is seeking information from suitably qualified organisations to provide Worksafe with training solutions that are flexible, can be customised, delivered just in time, dynamic and interactive and relevant to a user’s work context.
The Service Provider must deliver accelerated exposure of 0365 applications and Microsoft computing capabilities to Worksafe’s personnel. The Service Provider is required to provide Worksafe personnel with appropriate education and support solutions that will provide personnel with the required ability, skills and knowledge needed to be able to use the new technologies being delivered under Worksmart Gen 2. The new technologies will be rolled out in stage/phased releases commencing with pilots in September 2019, with the project concluding in December 2020.
New technologies Worksmart Gen 2 is delivering will include:
- Adobe Acrobat DC
- Microsoft teams
- 0365 applications (e.g Flow, Planner, Forms, To Do)
- Power BI
- Collaboration/surface hubs
The Worksmart Gen 2 education program will be delivered at all Worksafe locations including Worksafe HQ (1 Malop St, Geelong), Melbourne CBD office in 567 Collins St, four metropolitan Melbourne offices and a further seven regional offices. There are a total of approx. 1200 individuals across these sites. Not all training will need to be delivered to all staff.
The successful vendor’s training solutions should provide Worksafe personnel with the skills and knowledge to be able to use the new applications and devices in a “business” context – flexible, collaborative, mobile workforce, clean desk and contemporary work environments.
